We supply highly trained assistant and junior engineers to the construction industry. We are recruitment arm of Finchley College.

Our trainees are able to use the latest surveying equipment, including Robotic and two man Total stations, GNSS, Automatic, laser and digital levels.

Some have worked as tradesmen and others are graduates in building or civil engineering related course and have attended our training course to become fully trained engineers ready to start work with full understanding of what a client expects from them.

You can recruit our trainees on a permanent or temporary basis, we can support our staff on site if necessary or replace them with a more suitable candidate if necessary. All our trainees have achieved CSCS Gold engineer surveyor card.

If you have your own assistant and junior engineers Finchley College can provide them with full training to your requirements.

If you are recruiting your own assistant or junior engineers and have a short list of candidates we can assist you by carrying on a full preemployment assessment of competency and knowledge of surveying and setting out.
