Booking Terms

1. Substitution
The School of Setting Out Ltd reserves the right to substitute an alternative lecturer for the lectures.

2. Exclusion of Liability
The School of Setting Out Ltd shall not be liable for any loss due to the act or default of any of their servants unless such act or default could have been avoided by the exercise of due care on the part of the School of Setting Out.

3. Publicity
The client contests to the School of Setting Out Ltd making known in its promotional lectures and otherwise that the clients has used the services of the company.

4. Venue
The School of Setting Out Ltd reserves the right to substitute an alternative venue named in our literature. We occasionally take the students to the construction sites for a day visit.

5. Cancellation
The School of Setting Out Ltd reserves the right to cancel the course due to insufficient enrolments in the event of which monies paid shall be returned but no further liability shall attach to the School of Setting Out.

6. Refund Policy
All courses can be cancelled up to four weeks prior to your agreed start date with full refund. No refunds are permitted less than four weeks before start date. You can change or postpone your agreed start date up to two weeks before initially agreed or booked date but should you do this you will not be allowed to cancel your course and seek refund later. Once a course date is changed you will lose your entitlement to any refunds even it is several weeks to your new start date. You can only change your agreed or booked start date once.
There are no refunds allowed once the course is started. If we have agreed to payment by instalment and part way through your training you withdraw from the course you are still liable for payment of balance of your course fee.
