Training Location:
Training courses are held at our offices including out door practice area at Central House, 1 Ballards Lane, London N3 1LQ and at University college kensington in Notting hill gate.

Site based training is offered through our sister company Frontline site engineering Ltd. whilst on site you will be under their supervision and school of setting out does not accept any liability for any loss, damage or injury whilst on site.

Courses hours:
Full time courses are from Monday to Friday 9.30 am to 5.30 pm.

Weekend courses:
Saturday afternoons courses are from 2.0 pm to 5.0 pm and 9.30 to 5.30 for all day Saturday classes, the course format and contents are variable and depends on the number of trainees and their skill level.

Distance learning:
The course fee for distance learning excludes charges for hire of surveying instruments if you need one. We will provide you with exercise sheets to practice use of a total station and automatic level at home or work. We provide manuals for Sokkia, Top con and Leica total stations

Your chances of employment after completion of training:
This depends on your background and previous site experience, we offer short and long term courses to ensure you will have enough training to become a fully competent engineer.

We are in contact with a number of recruitment agencies and can provide you with genuine references and certificate of training and competency as a junior engineer or competent engineer if you pass a competency test at the end of your course.

Refund Policy:
You are entitled to a refund of your deposit or course fees if you cancel your course up to 4 weeks before you start your course, however, there is a cancellation charge of £100 towards our administration costs plus any credit card charges incurred.
No refunds for cancellations or changes to course dates are allowed less than 4 weeks before scheduled start date. Should you change your start date to a later date, you will not be able to cancel or seek refund even if you cancel more than 4 weeks before the new start date.

Programmable calculators can be refunded or replaced in case of faulty machine but no refund or exchange is possible in case of accidental erased programs or for any other reason.
